Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of desizntech.com and to all services and software provided by Desizntech, Mudichur, Mannivakkam, Chennai - 48, India (“we”, “us”). By using the website, placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide website and software development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, graphic design, multimedia and subscription software. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in a written quotation or proposal before work begins.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST and other applicable taxes are charged extra unless stated otherwise.
• Prices on our Pricing page are starting prices; the final price depends on the agreed scope.
• Projects normally require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due on milestones or delivery as stated in the quotation.
• Monthly services (such as digital marketing and software subscriptions) are billed in advance each month.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Invoices not paid by their due date may lead to work or services being paused until payment is received.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, approvals, logins and feedback on time. Delays in providing these may extend the timeline. You confirm that any material you give us (logos, images, text) is yours to use or properly licensed.

4. Changes to scope

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately. Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in its quotation.

5. Ownership

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, frameworks and reusable code, and may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Subscription software remains our property and is licensed to you for the subscription period.

6. Third-party costs

Domain names, hosting, paid plugins, app store fees and advertising budgets (for example Meta and Google ads) are paid by the client and are not part of our service fees unless stated.

7. Results

We work to improve your reach, leads and sales, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or revenue.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or data.

10. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
