Return and Refund Policy

1. Service Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not yet commenced or deliverables have not been initiated.
  • If a mutual agreement is reached between Desizn Tech and the client regarding service termination.
  • If the client demonstrates that Desizn Tech failed to deliver services as outlined in the agreement.

2. Refund Process

  • Request for Refund: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at support@desizntech.com with a detailed explanation of the issue.
  • Evaluation: Refund requests will be evaluated within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Approval or Denial: Desizn Tech will inform the client of the decision in writing. Approved refunds will be processed as per the terms outlined.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Services that have been fully or partially delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction due to lack of communication or delayed feedback from the client.
  • Changes in the client's requirements or objectives after service commencement.
  • Cancellation of the service agreement after significant progress has been made.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or an alternative as agreed.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 14 days' written notice to cancel ongoing projects.
  • Desizn Tech reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of completed work.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under applicable jurisdiction laws.
